Join us

We welcome undergraduates, graduate students and postdoctoral fellows interested in metabolic disease and cell signaling.

Undergraduates

We invite motivated undergraduates with previous experience in genetics, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology or computational biology. A commitment of at least 15 hours per week, spanning two semesters and two summers, is expected. When available, please send a CV and proposed schedule to insulin@cnu.ac.kr.

Graduate students

Candidates may apply to the master's and doctoral programs of the Graduate School at Chungnam National University (Department of Medical Science). For application details and deadlines, see the Department of Pharmacology and the graduate admissions pages. You are welcome to email us first about your interests.

Postdoctoral fellows

We seek a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow with a recent Ph.D. or M.D. and a strong background in one or more of mouse genetics, cell and molecular biology, cancer biology and cancer genetics. Experience with mouse models is a plus. We value a strong work ethic, organizational and communication skills, and critical thinking.

Please send a CV, a statement of research interests, and the names and contact details of three referees to Prof. Jongsun Park (insulin@cnu.ac.kr). Put "postdoc application" in the subject line. Candidates with a record of high-quality publications are especially encouraged.
